Fern Ridge Shores accommodates those who wish to stay a short while, long term, or just want to take a spin around the lake!
62 scenic, full Service RV sites, each provided with 50 amp electrical service, sewer, water, cable access, telephone & trash pickup. Full service sites are available to 55+ tenants for long term lease only. There is a waiting list for these long term RV spaces. Occasionally, however, a resident may offer their RV for sale in its assigned space and occupancy can be immediate and not subject to the waiting list for an empty space.
There is also a dry camp area (no services) adjacent to the marina available for short stays with last minute reservations. There is also a dump station and water available to dry campers who may also use the public restrooms and showers over by the office.
A beautiful 100 slip boat marina with newer flotation docks, complete with boat launch ramp and running water to the docks for rinsing boats. The marina enjoys a quiet, cove setting with a log boom breakwater to keep wave surge out. Day use is also available. Sailboats are also welcome!
A Manufactured Home park with paved streets and rolled curbs, large pads for double wide homes, water, power, sewer, telephone, cable and trash pickup. There is limited space avaliable and a waiting list. Please call for more information!
